3 DIVISION

The Group’s headquarters and site of the Machinery Division, is located on an area of 19.000 sqm, of which 10.000 covered, and employs around 100 people divided into the main activities of: 

• Executive Board Finance and Controlling
• Technical Design Department
• Research and Development Department
• Sales Department 
• Purchase Department 
• Logistics 

This is also where the mechanical workshop, paint department, assembly, testing area, shipping and where the team works on its state-of-the-art equipment:

• Levelling and cut to length lines 
• Slitting and trimming lines 
• Rewinding and coil inspection 
• Automatic packing 
• Processing lines 
• Special machines for Aluminium 
• API Electro-welded tube lines  
• Tube finishing plants 
• Open profile production lines

The Service division is located on a total area of 17.000 smq, of which 10.000 sqm covered, where more than 105 people, including designers and technicians, are employed. FIMI Service is responsible for managing the after-sales service of FIMIGroup:

• Coordination of installations, commissioning and start-up
• Consulting and training of customer personnel on site
• Procurement and supply of spare parts
• Technical interventions for ordinary and/or extraordinary maintenance
• Upgrading of plants, machines, electrical parts and mechanical assemblies, aimed at increasing reliability and production efficiency.

The Automation division is located on a total area of 10.000 sqm, of which 4.500 covered, where more than 30 people are involved in the design and development of all the advanced automation on FIMIGroup plants, both software and hardware
